Talk to Jessie
Head to the back of the Medical Bay and enter the Restricted Access Section (you will need the Holographic Shroud and a Mardet ID Cartridge). After you head through the doorway, take a right and head through the door in the quarantine wing. Follow the hallway to the end and take a right to find Jessie in her room. Use the speaker near the window to talk with her and get her to open the door. Learn about her situation and agree to speak with Udom on her behalf.
Convince Udom Bedford to Clear Jessie’s Debts
Make your way to the Halcyon building and enter it to find Udom Bedford sitting behind his desk. Speak with with Udom about Jessie’s debt. You can bride him with 1976 bits or with a persuade skill of 20 to receive her indenture contract (this also increases Board rep).
Talk to Ellie
Head back to the Medical Bay and speak with Ellie to complete the quest.
