Head to Fenhill Estate in the Estates District at Byzantium and talk to Ellie’s parents.
Follow Up with Ellie
Head outside the house and talk to Ellie.
Find the Insurance Agency Office
Head to Greater Halcyon Insurance Group, which is southeast of Prosperity Plaza, and examine the mailbox.
Set Up a Dummy Beneficiary Account for Ellie
Travel to Monarch via the Unreliable and go to Fallbrook to chat with the Insurance Agent. Tell the agent you need to change the beneficiary on Marilyn Fenhill’s life insurance policy. Follow the dialog and eventually you will have to either pay the bribe or use Intimidate if it’s high enough.
