Find and Kill Chartrand
Head to Dr. Chartrand’s Home in the Estates District in Byzantium on Terra 2. Once inside, head to the conference room on the right side after entering the big room with all the pink benches. Interact with the terminal to select “Laboratory Access” then “Unseal Entrance”. Exit the room and turn right to head through the newly opened door. Use the elevator to head down and proceed forward until a dialog scene triggers.
Send her to Phineas
If you ask her to work with Dr. Welles, she will agree. As you try to leave, the Corporate Commander stops you. You can bribe him or persuade him if your skill is at 100 to let you walk, otherwise you will be dragged into a fight.
Keep Working with the Board
If you let her keep working the the Board, then nothing really changes. The Corporate Commander will still stop you. You can bribe him or persuade him if your skill is at 100 to let you walk, otherwise you will be dragged into a fight.
Kill Her
If you attack her, you will also have to fight a handful of guards and robots too.
Return to Lilya Hagen
Return to Lilya on the Groundbreaker and speak with her to compete this quest. If you refused to kill Dr. Chartrand,then she will fire you.
