Deal With the Abandoned Experiment
Exit the Roseway Outpost and follow the objective south to arrive at the Covert Lab Vent Shaft. Enter the Cover Lab and follow the walkway, opening the door at the end. Pass through the doorway and take a right, heading through the doorway straight ahead. Proceed down the ramp and take out the sniper patrolling this room and keep following the path south. Head down another ramp and take a right at the bottom passing through a door to discover Vaughn’s secret lab. Access the terminal on the right side of the room and choose completed experiment (or recalibrate if your Science is high enough).
Speak with Vaughn
Head back to Vaughn in the Roseway Outpost and talk to him to complete the quest. Note that the musk can be also be given to Gladys during The Distress Signal side quest.
