Obtained: Talk to Lilya Hagen after completing Salvager in the Sky side quest.

Retrieve the Missing Passcode
Travel to Stellar Bay and make your way to the warehouse in the northern center of town. Pass through the warehouse exiting out the big metal door on the north side onto a loading dock. From there, swing a left around some stacked metal containers to find a hatch hidden back there with a corpse next to it. Loot the corpse to find the Bloody Note. NOTE: Climb up the nearby ladder to find a SubLight ID Cartridge for the Holographic Shroud on the ground next to a bin.
Meet with Catherine
Take the nearby hatch to Stellar Bay Ruins (South). Follow the walkway across a bridge then head south towards the objective to arrive at Fallbrook (if you stick to the main road, you can follow the signs to Fallbrook). Follow the road southeast to come across Malin’s House of Hospitality. Enter the building and head into the room with two guards to find Catherine. Talk with her.
Enter the Secret Lab in Cascadia
Travel to Cascadia located in the southwestern part of the map (this is a marauder infested town). From the front gate, follow the wall left. When it ends, take a right and head forward. When you past the first building on the right, take another right and follow the path northeast to arrive a building with a Rizzo’s sign and two spinning pinkish-purple bottles as posts. Enter the building and take a right. Interact with the terminal and choose “Supervisor Override” and enter the password to reveal the entrance to the lab. Head to the nearby elevator and take it to enter the secret lab. Note: Make sure to bring Parvati.
Signal the Unreliable
Head down the steps and pick the lock on the gate to open it if you can. If not, use the door down the hallway right of the gate next to a vending machine. Use the terminal in the room with the gate to signal your ship.
Setup a Link to the Refueling System
Head through the door left of the terminal and follow the hallway taking a right through the doorway at the end. Go down the stairs and through the door entering a long hallway. Head down the hallway and take the first left. Then enter the next door on the left to find yourself in a lab was some Mantisaurs in it. Take care of them, then climb up the yellow ladders in the back of the room and use the terminal on the ledge to align the fueling system.
Siphon the Gas
Climb down the ladder and take a left heading east through a door. Deal with the enemies in this room, then keep heading east through the room and into a small hallway leading left. This will bring you to a room with a Mantiqueen in it. Dispose of her then take the stairs on the left side of the room up into a sort of control room. Use the terminal here to siphon the gas. When you are done, head to the elevator in the control room. Before you take it, turn right and jump across to the platform. Climb up the yellow ladder and keep following the way forward to find a science weapon. Return to the elevator and use it to return to Cascadia.
Return to Lilya
Return to your ship and fly it back to the Groundbreaker. Then make your way to Lilya’s office and speak with her to complete the quest.
