Obtained: Talk to Graham at Amber Heights after completing The Commuter faction quest.

Repair the Printing Press
Travel to Terra One Publications located west of Stellar Bay and enter the building. Fair warning, there are lots of Raptidons in this place. Head straight through the large door into a huge room then exit out the door on the west side. Once in this next room, take a left and head up the stairs. Proceed through the second door on the left to find the terminal for the printing press. Interact with this terminal to install the rollers.
(Optional) Retrieve Zora’s Team
Zora’s team is fighting off the enemies. Talk to May Van Noy to learn that they are in need of their medical kit. Head to the very back of the town (north of Terra One Publications) and obtain the kit from the corpse in the small shack. Head back to May and August and give the kit to either.
Return to Graham
Head back and talk to Graham to complete the quest.
