Obtained: Talk to Sebastian Adams in Stellar Bay near the southern part of The Yacht Club (I had Parvati in my party and she recognized the man he was talking about).
Objective(s):
- Look for Signs of Mr. Pickett
- Give Mr. Pickett’s Journal to Sebastian
Look for Signs of Mr. Pickett
Head directly south of Amber Heights (or keep following the road from Stellar Bay south until it forks and take the eastern path) until you come across a Mantiqueen laying down. Defeat it and then loot it.
Give Mr. Pickett’s Journal to Sebastian
Head back to Stellar Bay and hand over the journal to Sebastian. Tell him that Mr. Pickett was eaten as Parvati did not like you to tell him that Mr. Pickett was quite an escape artist. Talking to Sebastian will complete his quest.
