Below is a guide on the locations of the 11 Digletts in the Workout Sea.
1. On a small beach with a berry tree along the cliff to the left (when looking at the building) of the station
2. On the large island with the lady who makes the Galarica Cuffs. This Diglett can be found on a ledge across from the lady.
3. On the same island as the previous Diglett along the inner part of the island across from a den.
4. From the previous Diglett, continue towards the ocean straight ahead to find the Diglett on the small beach.

8. In the sand on the large island with all the Dittos on the side of the island that is closest to the cliffs in the distance
9. From the previous Diglett, head towards the closest tree to find a Diglett in the grass
10. On the same island as the previous Diglett next to a rock
11. On the same island as the previous Diglett in the sand on the side of the island that is farthest from the cliffs in the distance
