Below is a guide on the locations of the 15 Digletts in the Training Lowlands.
1. After crossing the bridge from the Forest of Focus, the Diglett can be found along the cliff to the right.
2. & 3. To the left of the stairs, head along the left side of the path towards the den at the dead end to find these Digletts.
4. Next to the bridge leading to Brawler’s Cave
5. After heading over the bridge towards Brawler’s Cave, turn right to find the Diglett at the end of the path.
6. South of the entrance to the Warm-Up Tunnel along the cliff
7. South of the entrance to the Warm-Up Tunnel along the rock
8. Along a cliff near the entrance to Warm-Up Tunnel
9. Southwest from the stairs underneath a tree
10. Southwest from the stairs along the cliff near a patch of red flowers
11. On the beach to the southwest
12. In the grass near the beach to the southwest
13. and 14. Along the lake shore in the southwest part of the area
15. On the island in the lake next to the above Digletts
