Red Sorrow Seed
This seed is located in the most northwestern room on the ??? Monitoring Room map. To reach it, head through the glass doorway previously blocked by tentacles and follow the hallway to the end, passing through a rectangular room. You will then enter a medium sized room with monitors everywhere in it. Make your way to the west side of the room and head through the door to find stairs. Take them up to the top and follow the hallway to the end to reach an archive room. Locate the duct in the back of this room and crawl through it to arrive in a server room. Jump across the top of the servers to the west of the room to find the door leading to the seed.
Green Sorrow Seed
This seed is located on the far west side of the Research Ward map. To reach it, head to the top level (3rd floor) via the spiral staircase then make your way to the west side of the room. Kick out the giant cracked window then jump down to the ledge below to reach the seed. The seed is on the same floor as the second query-locked gate.
Blue Sorrow Seed
This seed is located in the south central most room in the Twilight Corridor. To reach it, you will need to solve the color pallet puzzle and defeat the shadow guarding the door. To find the solution for the puzzle, face the control dimmer in front of the Will Seed. Head to the left path first then the right path and change the dials along the way.
