Obtained: Speak with Virgil Henderson in the northeastern part of the Wilderness Exploitation Reserve
Find Geological Surveys
From Virgil’s camp, follow the road south to reach Holey Cave. Enter the cave then head to the southeastern tip to find a survey. The second survey is located in the bunker which the Prophet was in and is reachable via the elevator. The third survey can be found in a dead end area of the cave guarded by some enemies.
Return the Datapads
Exit the cave and return to Virgil Henderson to complete the task.
