From the train head east along train cars passing through a safe house until you come across a giant radio tower filled with bandits. Keep climbing up the tall tower until you reach the level containing a room with a bed near the top. The guitar will be on the ledge outside this room.
Teddy Bear
From the southeastern safe house, head southeast towards the giant cylinder structures. Once you reach the base, climb up to the top to reach the nest of a Demon. Defeat the Demon (Note: This is the perfect opportunity to kill the Demon with fire to earn the Firebird trophy.) and collect the bear on a suitcase in front of the nest.
