Meet the Client at Mijore
Head to Cafe Mijore on Nakamichi Street and talk to the man sitting at a table behind the plants to trigger a cutscene. At the end of the conversation, agree to head to the announcement.
Solve the Safe Code
At the announcement, you will need to figure out the code for the safe, which is 8925. To figure out the combination, treat the numbers like numbers on a clock with 0 being 12. Look at 6 + 2 as an example. If it’s 6pm and you add 2 hours to that, the time becomes 8pm. So if it’s 12am (o) and you take away 3 hours, its 9pm. Case closed!
