To obtain The Hoarder’s House side quest in Ghostwire: Tokyo, speak with the spirit east of Shiroyama Shrine.
Search for the “hole that swallows up everything”
Travel east to the search area. A bunch of spirits will be floating in front of the entrance and a brief scene will trigger causing them to get sucked into a hole. Afterwards, a bunch of enemies will spawn. Defeat them!
Investigate the hoarder house
Enter the house.
Identify the source of the problem
Head into the main room and examine the table. Use the hand sign to release the energy. Head into the kitchen and use the hand seal on the fridge to release the energy. Next, into the bathroom and use the hand seal on the mirror. Afterwards, head upstairs and use the hand seal on the sliding doors to release the energy. Head through the doors and follow the hallway down to another set of sliding doors and head through into the bedroom. Once in the bedroom use the square button to activate your senses.
Speak with the specter
Speak with the spirit sitting in the chair.
Defeat all enemies
After your conversation, it’ll teleport you to another area. Defeat all the enemies there.
Purge the specter
Speak with the spirit then use the hand seal.
Leave the hoarder house
Once the spirit’s been purged, exit the house to complete the quest.
