Below is a walkthrough for The Dreaming Jewel side mission in Ghostwire: Tokyo. To obtain this quest, speak with the spirit northwest of Kirigaoka Shrine.
Go to the cemetery
Travel to the objective northeast of Namihara Shrine to find the cemetery. Once there, defeat all the enemies that spawn.
Find the diamond
Use your senses to help you find the diamond located in front of a gravestone.
Examine it then use the hand seal to release the energy. After the scene with the spirit, the quest will complete.
