Welcome to NGB and our Persona 3 Reload Justice Social Link guide. Here we’ll cover how to start the Justice Social Link along with what you’ll need to do to increase its rank and the correct answers to the questions asked by Chihiro Fushimi. When you reach Rank 10, you’ll be able to fuse the Melchizedek Persona. You’ll also receive a Shojo Manga which will give you the perk of have a Rank 10 Justice Social Link in New Game Plus.
How to Start the Justice Social Link
In order to start the Justice Social Link, you’ll first need to join the student council. This can be done on 4/27 after Mitsuru asks you to join as a favor to her. You’ll then need to attend the first meeting where you’ll introduce yourself and meet Chihiro. After that’s done, you’ll need to interact with Chihiro outside the student council room on three different days. On the third day, you’ll be able to ask her if she wants to walk home with you. She’ll say yes triggering an event which leads to you unlocking the Justice Social Link.
How to Rank Up the Justice Social Link
To rank up the Justice Social Link, you’ll need to spend time with Chihiro after school. She can be found in the hallway on the 2nd floor just outside of the student council room on days when there are no student council meetings. Make sure that you bring a Justice persona with you so you can gain an affinity boost that will help you rank up the Justice Social Link a bit faster.
Day Off Invite
Chihiro may message the Protag about hanging out on days off from school. If you take her up on the offer, you’ll have a chance to deepen your bond with her.

Chihiro will ask you to assist her with her homework, specifically math. The pair of them will then head to the library to get some learning done.

Rank 4
This time, we’ll get some coffee with Chihiro who will mention not feeling well lately. This will take us to the pharmacy so she can pick up medicine leading to a minor incident. Feel free to choose either option for the first response as neither reward an affinity point. The best answer for the second response can be found in the table below:

Rank 5 is kind of a big bonding moment. During this outing with Chihiro, the Protag and her will head to a quiet park bench outside to talk. During this conversation, she’ll strongly hint that she might be in love with the Protag. Your choices here will determine if the to remain friends or start dating. We have broken out the choices into two sections: Dating for if you would like to start dating Chihiro and Friends for if you just want to keep it casual.
