To obtain the Oni side mission in Ghostwire: Tokyo, speak with the spirit diagonally from the Nostalgic Nekomata east of Hirokawa Shrine.
Search for a dog with a bandana
Head south down the street to reach an intersection. Head west to find the dog with a bandana across from a blue trash truck. Read his thoughts then feed him a Kibi Dango. If you don’t have one in your inventory, you can purchase one from a nearby Convenience Store.
Get the dog to call out the oni
After you feed the dog, follow it until it stops. You’ll have to protect the dog against the enemies that spawn. Once they’ve been cleared out, speak with the dog to complete the mission.
