To obtain the Little Girl Lost side quest in Ghostwire: Tokyo, speak with the Lost Girl spirit slightly southeast of the Morite Shrine.
Find the girl’s mother
Head northwest to the search area. Look for the building with 429 written above the entrance to find a spirit trapped behind corruption.
Defeat the enemies then clear the corruption. Afterwards, speak with the spirit to complete the quest.
