To obtain the Karakasa-kozo side quest in Ghostwire: Tokyo, speak with the spirit to the far west of Shiroyama Shrine.
Capture the karakasa-kozo
Head into the nearby fenced area to spot the spirit. Sneak up behind it then absorb it.
Retrieve the umbrella
Pick up the umbrella.
Give the umbrella to the girl
Return to the spirit whom you accepted the quest from to give the girl her umbrella.
