To obtain the Ittan-momen side quest in Ghostwire: Tokyo, speak with the Woman Attacked by Cloth spirit north of Kuo Shine.
Capture the ittan-momen
Head north a short way to spot the spirit in the air just before the end of the balcony. You’ll have to chase after it until it hits its head in a wall. Quickly press L2 to absorb it. Once you absorb it, the quest will complete!
