To obtain the Haunting Visions side mission in Ghostwire: Tokyo, speak with the spirit outside of Shibuya Central Hospital, which is northeast of Akisawa Shrine.
Search for the girl on the 4th floor
Enter the hospital and work your way through the enemies as you make your way to the elevator. Take the elevator up to the 4th floor and head to room 403 to find the girl. Speak with the girl on the hospital bed.
Head to the nurse station on the 3rd floor
Exit her room and follow the hallway to the right. You’ll then reach a green-lit hallway filled with enemies. Defeat them then head down the stairs to reach the 3rd floor. Defeat the enemies on this floor as well. You’ll head down the hall and pass through a kitchen and cafeteria. When you emerge, the nurse station will be across the way. Head through the door to enter the nurse station. Examine the green book in the cupboard behind the room divider to find Kenta Owada – Fatal Accident Report. Exit the nurse station then head to the left side to find a sealed door. Interact with it then use the passcode of 74398 to get through.
Search the room
Work your way through the level to spot a spirit sitting on a chair in a room. Speak with it.
Find the monster
Exit the room then turn around when you hear the spirit cry out.
Defeat the monster
Attack the scissor lady and defeat her! You’ll be teleported back to the clean hospital. Speak with spirits to complete the quest.
