Below is a walkthrough for the After the End side mission in Ghostwire: Tokyo. To obtain this quest, answer the call at the phonebooth southwest of Hitani Shrine.
Check out the specified location
Head to the objective to the far south, just southeast of the Musical Nekomata, to find a girl. Use your Spectral Sense (press square) to locate her again after she disappears then follow her trail. When the trail cuts off at a pay phone, continue forward and press square on the girl sitting down. This will cause enemies to spawn. Defeat them! Return to where the girl was sitting and grab the recording called Blood and Succession.

Head to the nearby pay phone and answer the call to complete the quest.
