Head down the stairs outside of the vault and speak with the robot near the large sign.
Speak to Lacey
Head underneath the large sign and down the stairs to find Lacey and Isela. Speak with Lacey.
Visit “The Wayward”
Follow the objective southeast until you reach the Wayward.
Deal with the attacker
Once you enter the Wayward, head forward a short way to trigger a dialog event. If your Charisma and Luck are level 2, you might be able to resolve the altercation peacefully. If not, you’ll engage in a fight with the Batter.
Speak to the bartender
Speak with Duchess and agree to help her.
