Below is a walkthrough for Main Quest 15: Breaking the Ice in Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising.
Break down the wall on the Snowpeak
Travel to Farmside Menhir then move to the Runebarrows. Once in the Runebarrows, follow the path all the way to the right to reach the Snowpeak. Once in Snowpeak, keep heading right until you trigger a dialog event. Afterwards, the quest will complete.
