Below is a walkthrough for Main Quest 16: After the Mayor! in Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising.
Find the Mayor
Keep traveling to the right. In the next area, take the top right map transition to reach the Yeti’s Crossing signpost. Again, head right through the map transition to reach a Menhir. Interact with it then solve its puzzle. Move to the Runebarrows. You’ll now be at the Grand Passage signpost. Continue exploring the Runebarrows as you make your way to the Grand Hall signpost.
In this area, head right and approach the ! to trigger a dialog event. Defeat the enemy that appears to complete the quest.
