Below is a walkthrough on the Wall of Valor: Deadly Exchange side quest in Dying Light 2 Stay Human. Interact with the wall in the shrine at the PK Floating Fortress in The Wharf to obtain this quest after completing the Last Will side quest.
Go to Houndfield Sports Hall
Follow the objective to the northern part of Houndfield near the Nightrunner’s Hideout.
Find Bartez’s dog tag
Head inside the gym and inspect the corpse laying against the column.
Return Bartez’s dog to Cyra
Travel back to Cyra and speak with her to complete the quest.
