Below is a walkthrough on the Wall of Valor: Bad Medicine side quest in Dying Light 2 Stay Human. Interact with the wall in the shrine at the PK Floating Fortress in The Wharf to obtain this quest after completing the Last Will side quest.
Go to GRE Vaccine Lab
Travel to the GRE Vaccine Lab in Downtown.
Find dog tags in GRE Lab
Make your way down to Floor 2 then use your senses to examine the bloody trail. This will lead you to Sierra.
Interact with the corpse to receive the dog tag. Make your way to Floor 1 to find Little Ron near the Authorized Personnel Only door.
Interact with his corpse to receive his dog tag. Enter the door on Floor 1 and work your way through this level until you spot Kiddie’s corpse between the 58 pods.
Inspect it to receive his dog tag.
Return dog tags to Cyra
Travel back to Cyra and speak with her to complete the quest.
