From the fast travel point, head down the bridge and about halfway across look to the left underneath the bridge to find a blue lift pad. Jump off the bridge and use dash to reach the lift pad to shoot towards a platform with a spinning cylinder shooting fire. Work your way around the platform to locate another platform with a climbable wall. Jump to the climbable wall to reach the platform containing the token.

From the token, follow the platform around to locate a climbable wall underneath a ledge. Jump to the wall and climb to the top to find the album.

From the fast travel point, turn around to find the crystal straight ahead at the end of the hallway.
Codex: Story of Hell – Nekravol – Part II
From the fast travel point, head to the back left of the room to find a hallway leading deeper into the level. The codex will be located in this hallway.
Toy: Dread Knight
From the codex, take a right continuing down the hallway. At the end of the hallway, there will be a crackable wall. Melee the wall to reveal the toy.
Cheat Code: Party Mode
From the toy, head to the shaft and jump to the bloody ledge on the left. Look down under where you came from to find a crackable wall. Dash through the wall to find the cheat code.

Codex: Story of Hell – Fuel the Eternal Flame Part II
From the fast travel point, head forward onto the central platform and use it to reach a climbable wall under a green flame. Follow the hallway to find the codex.
Album: Doom (2016) – Flesh and Metal
From the codex, head a little way down the hallway to locate a cracked wall on the left. Melee the wall to reveal the album.
Toy: Tyrant
From the album, keep heading down the hallway to arrive in a room with spinning platforms. Jump to the central platform then turn around to look at the ledge you just came from. You will find a small hole that you will need to jump and dash to. The toy will be located in this small area.

From the fast travel point, look to the left to locate a cracked wall underneath the sliding gate. Dash through the wall to reach the Sentinel holding the point.

From the fast travel point, jump and dash straight ahead to find the codex.
Toy: Archvile
From the codex, head to the end of the hallway and use the climbable walls to reach a higher level. Jump onto the blue lift pad to reach a cracked wall in the middle of the shaft on the same side as the hallway you came from. You will need to dash through to reach the small nook containing the toy.

From the fast travel point, head forward up the small flight of stairs and follow the path left or right to find the Sentinel holding the point.
Argent Transmitter
Cheat Code / Praetor Suit Point
From the fast travel point, turn around and jump down the long shaft backwards then dash forward to reach a hidden area containing both collectibles.
