Below is a walkthrough for Chapter 1: Welcome to the Kuremi Detective Agency in Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth: Complete Edition!
Digital Network
Explore the digital network, working your way to the other end. Along the way, there are a few Digimon you can battle and scan.
Digital Network Digimon

EDEN Open Space
As soon as you exit the Digital Network a dialog event starts. When it ends, head to the logout panel to trigger another dialogue event.
DigiLab
Interact with the different terminals in the room to get acquainted with the terminals. You can use the DigiBank to hatch new Digimon that you have scanned at least 100% through DigiConvert. When you’re ready, leave the DigiLab for another dialog event during which you’ll receive a Hacking Skill. You’ll end up in Kowloon Lv. 1.
Kowloon Lv. 1
Make your way to the next area where you’ll be introduced to a tutorial on the Hacking Skill Wall Crack. Use it on the Firewall then approach the part for a dialog event. Next head to the next area and interact with the data there to start a fight with two Koromon. The next data fragment can be found down the path left of the exit to the next area. Inspecting it will start a fight against Syakomon, Gotsumon and Biyomon. Afterwards head to the next area.
You should now be in the area with a Firewall. Follow the path left to find the next data fragment. Interacting it will result in a battle against a Pabumon. After defeating it, continue following the path north to reach the next area.
In this area, there are two chests containing an SP Capsule C and an Export. Head to the back of the area to find the last data fragment. Interact with it to start a fight with a Tsunomon and Poyomon. If you’ve collected all of the data fragments a dialog event will trigger. Following the event, make your way back to the entrance of Kowloon Lv. 1 then use the logout pad to exit Kowloon Lv. 1 and log out of EDEN.
Detective Agency
Upon exiting EDEN a dialog event will occur.
Central Hospital – Lobby
Head to the elevators and take it to the General Ward.
General Ward
Follow the hallway all the way to the end then enter the left patient room to find a Kunemon Medal on the floor. Return to the elevators and take it up to the Special Ward.
Special Ward
After you exit the elevators, head to the right and speak with the security guards watching the doors into the special ward. After a quick call from Kyoko, head back down to the General Ward.
General Ward
Make your way over to the nurse’s station to find the terminal with the spinning blue circle. Interact with it then use a Connect Jump to enter the Digital Network.
Digital Network
Follow the path forward through the digital network. Once you reach the other side, you’ll be in the Special Ward and Kyoko will call you.
Digital Network (Central Hospital – General Ward)

- Tanemon
Special Ward
Head towards the door in the back for another dialog event. When it ends, head through the door and interact with the terminal to trigger another dialog event. After that one, you’ll end up back in the digital network. Work your way back to the entrance to logout then head down to the lobby.
Lobby
Upon entering the lobby, a dialog event with Kyoko triggers leading to the end of the chapter.
