Find the First Biomarker
In order to reach St. Joseph’s Hospital, you’ll have to jump to the southern part by using the building adjacent to it from the south. There is a specific part of the building you’ll be able to climb up where there are missing green shutters.
Work your way inside and use the code of 973 to unlock the safe. Take the biomarker.
Bring back the First Biomarker
Return to McGregor at the Trading Post in Trinity and speak with him to complete the quest.

Below is a walkthrough on The Breadwinner side quest in Dying Light 2 Stay Human. To obtain this quest, speak with Kevin on the roof of the building directly south of the Metro: Hayward Square and west of the Nightrunner’s Hideout.
Search the shop for the 3 backpacks containing food that Kevin left behind
Follow the objective to the west of Kevin to find a Forsaken Store. Head inside and be wary of the Infected as you make your way to the backpacks. The first backpack can be found in front of the display counter. The second is located in front of the shelves across from the deli. The third and final backpack is located in the back locker room.
Bring the food to Kevin
Kevin can be found at the other end of the building that the Nightrunner’s Hideout is on. This is near the Forsaken Store. You’ll need to hop onto an overhang to drop in through the window. Speak with Kevin to learn the truth about his parents and complete the mission.
Below is a walkthrough on The Master Brewer’s Bees side quest in Dying Light 2 Stay Human. To obtain this quest, speak with Barack at the Brewery in northwestern Quarry End.
Finish the challenge with at least Bronze Medal
There are 3 parkour challenges near the Brewery that you can initiate with bags of sugar. You will need to get at least a bronze in all 3 of them in order to be able to complete the request.

Head for the place where you can obtain Origin Ore
Follow the objective to Primeval Grotto in the Coronet Highlands. Once inside the grotto, interact with the red shiny crystals on the wall to trigger a cutscene. Afterwards, you’ll battle against Charm with her level 61 Rhydon and level 62 Gengar. Defeat them to continue with the cutscene. When it ends, you’ll receive Origin Ore.
Report back to Professor Laventon with the Origin Ore
Return to Summit Camp and speak with Professor Laventon. After the lengthy cutscene, you’ll receive the Origin Ball!
Prepare well then make for the Temple of Sinnoh once more
Make sure Dialga/Palkia is in your party then approach the front gate to trigger a cutscene with Cogita. When it ends, travel to the Temple of Sinnoh in the Coronet Highlands. Approach the trio to trigger a cutscene then tell them that you’re ready to fight! Defeat the Pokemon by throwing bags at it until its gauge depletes. You’ll then automatically catch it and a cutscene triggers. Congratulations! You beat the game!!
Below is a walkthrough on The Rose Garden side quest in Dying Light 2 Stay Human. To obtain this quest, speak with Peter at the Cadet Academy in Quarry End.
Find the glass house on Old Mound Street
Head to the house with a greenhouse attached in the southwestern part of Quarry End.
Give Peter’s rose to the old lady
Enter the house and head to the greenhouse. Investigate the corpse sitting in a chair and interact with the note on the table next to the chair to find out more.

Finish the challenge with at least Bronze Medal
At night, interact with the bat next to Don to begin the challenge. During the challenge, swing away and kill as many Infected as you can before time runs out.
Below is a walkthrough on the Double Time side quest in Dying Light 2 Stay Human. To obtain this side quest, speak with Dude on top of a building that is northwest of a rest house in the northern part of Houndfield.
Collect 200 Old World Money
Gather 200 Old World Money then speak with the Dude and agree to race him.
Enter the dark hollow
Head north towards the objective and enter the building. Once inside the Dark Hollow, follow the arrows to parkour your way up to the top floor.
Talk to the punk
Speak with Dude on the roof.
Meet the punk at the next starting location
Head to the objective in the southern part of the Houndfield, southwest of the Cherry Windmill. You can either up the wager or keep it at 200.
Enter the dark hollow
Head west to find the next Dark Hollow. Once inside, follow the arrows to make your way up to the roof.
Kill the Infected attacking the punk
Defeat all the enemies up on the roof.
Check on the punk
Approach the punk to trigger a cutscene. You can select whatever option you’d like but note that it will be reflected in your reward. If you demand money, you’ll get more. If you say keep it, they will keep it.
