Below is how to solve the Vinedda puzzle for the Rune of Power in Baldo The Guardian Owls.
This puzzle can be found in Haneko Plain.
You’ll need to enter through a dark opening in the cliffside just north of Ranotto the Minstrel.
From Rodia Town, exit via the bridge and follow the path east through a map transition. You’ll see a sign for Kidoge Village. Veer off the path just before the bridge to head directly east along the cliff. You’ll hear Ranotto playing music then you’ll see the opening. Head inside and grab the pot. Walk across the wooden bridge and bring it to the suspended wooden platform.
Throw it at the lever to descend. At the bottom, play the horn on the guardian symbol then head inside the room. Arrange the owls in the following order to receive a Rune of Power:
