This is a guide for The City Pep Talk standard quest in Xenoblade Chronicles 3. It is received automatically after starting the From Atop Her Throne ascension quest and it requires Melia to be in your party.
Travel to the War Room landmark in the City for to trigger an event. Afterwards, head to the Serene Square landmark then go east for another event. When that one ends, travel to the Mitia Lookout in the upper northern part of the city to trigger the third event. The quest completes when it ends.
