Investigation Received: Kill the Furious Skal outside of Whitechapel and loot the Wet Boot Boys Note off of it.
Summary: The Wet Boot Boys approached Albert Palmer about joining the gang, but the recruiter never showed up. Jonathan thinks about telling Albert what happened to ease his mind.

Choose what to do with the recruiter’s note
Head to Jonathan’s location in the above image to find the Furious Skal. Defeat him and loot the Wet Boot Boys off of it. Head to Whitechapel and look for Albert and Benjamin, they should be located pretty close to each other. Talk to either one to have over the note and complete the quest.
