Below is a walkthrough for the Long Lost Reconciliation in Valkyrie Elysium.
Obtained: Exit the cathedral (after sixth Storage Camp) then turn right and use the Soul Chain to reach an upper balcony. Once there, speak with A Girl’s Spirit.
Objective: Find the spirit
Work your way through the town, fighting enemies as you go. Eventually, you will come to a sealed gate. Pull the lever on the wall to the right of the gate to open it. Head on through and go up the stairs to reach a drained pool. On the left side of the pool, use Eygon to smash the spikes blocking the path forward. Proceed into the courtyard and deal with the enemies there. After defeating the enemies, speak with the spirit to clear the quest.
