Obtained: Head to Toubo Rooftop and talk to the Reliable Girl in the middle of the rooftop.
Once the request has been accepted, head to a free magazine rack just south of Hee Ho Mart. The magazines will be located on a wall under a blue awning that says Tokuseido. “Check” the magazines to obtain Mama Toujours then return to the girl on the rooftop to complete the request.
