The chest is located at the very top of the bar right next to a zip line.
Storage Containers

The container is located to the right of the Goon Bar entrance under the Goon Squad graffiti.
2. Storage Container
Head inside the bar and make your way to the kitchen on the top level to find the container to the right of the fridge.
3. Storage Container
The container is located at the very top of the bar in the same room as the ark chest.
