The chest is located in the room after you fight Sackhead The Painbringer before the elevator next to a storage container.

Storage Containers

1. Storage Container

The container is located just before the room with the giant pit to drop down into to fight the Sackhead The Painbringer.  Before jumping into the pit, drop down into the grate you just came from and follow the path backward until you reach the stairwell.  The container will be at the top of the stairs on the east side next to a metal crate.

2. Storage Container

The container is located in the room after you fight Sackhead The Painbringer before the elevator next to an ark chest.
