For The Golden Skulls side quest in Baldo The Guardian Owls, you’ll need to find 10 Golden Skulls. These skulls can be found at the below locations around Rodia. For some of the skulls, you’ll need the Owl Bomb in order to access certain areas.
Red Roof House
Head inside the house and move the boxes as shown above to reveal a hidden ladder. Climb on down then open the chest to find the Golden Skull! Head to the other side of the room and use your fire on a cobweb blocking the door. Head through the door to reach a courtyard. Cut the grass on the southwest side of the well to reveal a pressure point.
Stand on it to cause the chest containing the Golden Skull to drop!
Fish Restaurant
Outside the restaurant on the southeastern side, push the box along the restaurant away to reveal a hidden entrance. Crouch on through then use your fire to burn the web. Next, step on the pressure point to raise the gate blocking the chest. Afterwards, go inside the restaurant and on the second level you’ll see a box you can push aside. Do so to reveal a way down. Climb on down then loot the chest!
Lighthouse Shack
Push aside a box in the lighthouse shack to find a hidden path. Climb down then use the fire in front of the web blocking the chest. Loot the chest to find a Golden Skull!
Abandoned House
The chest containing this Golden Skull can be found on the second level of the abandoned house near the transition to the cemetery. You’ll need to use fire to burn the webs in the northeast corner of the room, which will cause a ladder to drop.
Climb up the ladder then burn the webs again to reach the chest.
Rodia Inn
On the outside of Rodia Inn, head up the stairs then throw the owl bomb at the bell to ring it, causing a moving platform to appear. Open the chest at the bottom to receive the Golden Skull.
Sewer
On the south side of the town, blow up the hay bales next to the shield shop then head down the stairs. Blow up the wooden crate blocking an entrance to the sewer. Head inside and defeat all the rats. You’ll need to throw the pots on the other side of the fence to kill those. Once all have been dealt with, you’ll be able to loot the Golden Skull from the chest.
Backyard
This Golden Skull can be found in a chest in the backyard across from the fountain. Throw the bomb at the box to blow it up allowing you entry to the backyard.
Runner’s House
Head inside the house just before the library and go up to the second level. Destroy the wooden crate with a bomb then head on through to find the chest at the end of the path.
Tero’s House
Use the owl bomb in the back of Tero’s house on the wooden crate to reveal a ladder. Climb down it then push the tombstone out of the way to access the chest.
