Find the location shown on the map
Head north towards the river and cross into Ariake to find the mountain in Houren’s Pasture. Crawl underneath the rock near the lantern to find Tadayori’s Rest.
Enter Tadayori’s Rest
Follow the path then squeeze through the rocks.
Investigate the cemetery
Examine the large tombstone, incense and smaller tombstone.
Defeat Kaede
Fight her until she submits.
Travel to Azamo Bay
Do as the objective says and head to Azamo Bay in southern Azamo. Once there, follow the objective to the top of a mountain.
Free the musician
Once at the top, you’ll come across Mongols. Defeat them then free the musician.
Collect Tadayori’s armor
Interact with the back of the monument.
Defend the musician
Defeat all the enemies to complete the tale.

Travel to Hiyoshi Springs and located the musician surrounded by a group of listeners. Sit in the grass to listen to the musician’s tale.
Search the Hiyoshi coast for blue flowers
Head to eastern Hidden Springs Forest to find blue hydrangeas.
Follow the blue flowers
Follow the blue flowers to find a tomb underneath a rock mountain. Squeeze through the crack in the door.
Investigate the tomb
Examine the painting attached to a stick.
Search Hiyoshi for the island
When you exit the tomb, a cutscene will trigger. Head north along the coast until you find more blue flowers.
Follow the blue flowers
Follow the flowers to the island covered in them. There will be another painting in the cave underneath the mountain on this island.
Search Hiyoshi for the mountain
Travel to the Survivor Camp southeast of Jade Hills. Head southeast to find a mountain covered in blue flowers.
Follow the blue flowers
Follow the blue flowers to find a statue. Search the base of the statue to find the longbow.
Duel of Demons
After you pick up the bow, this duel will trigger. Defeat the Tengu Demon to complete the tale.

Speak with the peasants you freed by defeating the bandits.

When you stop at the next village, speak with the woman that comes running out.
Check on Homyo’s son
Follow Hanaoka into the house.
Search for the cause of the sickness
Inspect the empty pot next to the boy, empty basket near the cooking stove, and log covered with mushrooms outside near the wood shed.
Return to Hanaoka
Head back inside the house.
Reach the river
Head back outside and travel east to find the river. Head into the river and gather moss.
Return to Hanaoka
Head back to the house to complete the quest.
Follow Hanaoka
Follow Hanaoka outside then hop on your horse and continue down the path with Hanaoka.
Defeat the Mongols
After heading down the road for a bit, you’ll come across a group of bandits. Defeat them.
Rejoin Hanaoka
Rejoin Hanaoka next to the small lake.
Follow Hanaoka
Continue following behind Hanaoka until you reach a small village. Approach the peasants to trigger a cutscene and complete the tale.

Speak to the distressed woman in Tsutsu
Head south of Lake Kunehama to find a house with a woman crying on the porch. Speak with this woman.
Travel northeast towards the woods
Head northeast into the woods.
Find the bandits
Follow the objective across the clearing to find the bandit camp. Defeat the bandits.
Search for stolen food
The food can be found next to the fire in the bandit camp.
Return the rice to the woman
Head back to the woman in the house and speak with her to complete the quest.

Speak with the man in need
The man can be found near the river northeast of River Fall Bridge.
Rescue the family from the Mongols
Follow the road south to find Mongols occupying a house.
Free the family from the Mongols
Defeat the Mongols then head inside the house. Since no one is there, check near the river by the dock. Follow the blood trail across the rocks on the river. After the blood, you’ll find a child’s toy.
Inform the man of his family’s fate
Head back to the dock to find the man and speak with him to complete the quest.

Follow the tracks that start on the other side of the bridge.

Follow the tracks along the dirt path to find a Mongol camp.
Reach the encounter area
Head into the Mongol camp.
Defeat the Mongols
Kill all the enemies in the camp.
Speak with the villager
Speak with the peasant in the middle of the camp to trigger a cutscene.
Search the watchtower
Look for the tall structure in the camp and head inside. Examine the painting on the wall, white leaves on the table and the scroll.
Speak with the woman
Head outside the watchtower and speak with the woman.
Look for the white-leafed tree
Head to Shigenori’s Peak.
Survey
Climb up the tall mountain to find a white tree at the very top. Look for the objective marker to survey the land below.
Head towards the trees
Enter the area below with the white-leafed trees.
Rescue the hostage
The hostage can be found in the camp filled with Mongols west of Shigenori’s Peak. Defeat the Mongols to rescue the hostage inside the building.
Travel to Shigenori’s Rest
Follow the objective southwest to find a tree you can climb across to reach the other side of a tall mountain.
Defeat the Mongols
Squeeze through the crack to find a group of Mongols. Kill them all.
Investigate the dueling ring
Head up the stairs to find the dueling ring on a higher level. Examine the footprints near the body.
Defeat Yasuhira Koga
Kill him!
Bury the man killed by Yasuhira
Head to the body and interact with it to trigger a cutscene. Afterwards, the tale will complete.

Investigate the area
Travel to a small village in Kashine between Shigenori’s Peak and Yagata Forest. Speak with the Peasant inside a house sitting near a fire.
Follow Nabe to the bath
Head outside and follow Nabe.
Investigate the stables
Head a little farther down the path to find the stable. Inspect the saddle.
Confront the impostor
Head back to the house to trigger a short cutscene.
Track Jinroku
Head south to find a set of footprints on a trail leading through the field.
Stop the impostor
Chase after the samurai.
Speak with Jinroku
Talk with the samurai.
Return to the farm
Head on back to the house to complete the quest.

Investigate location
Travel to the southern part of Yagata Forest in Kashine and speak with the Peasant sitting by a fire.
Search for spirits in the forest
Head into Yagata Forest and follow the glowing lanterns to arrive at an abandoned house. There are 3 scrolls that can be found in the abandoned house: The Legend of Yagata Forest, Daily Tasks and The Voices. After searching the house, head to the southwest of the search area to find a body on a mat. Examine the body and the empty mat. Facing the shrine, head right and walk towards the glowing lantern in the distance to find another body. Squeeze through the rock next to the lantern and proceed straight ahead. When you reach the bushes blocking your path, head through them to find a campsite on the other side. Examine the body then head north to find a campfire. Examine the body next to the fire then a set of tracks leading away from the body. Follow the tracks down a dirt path to find bandits.
Defeat bandits
Defeat the group of 6 bandits.
Return to the traveler
Head back south to the Peasant and speak with him to complete the quest.
