Welcome to our guide for the Winning Hearts and Minds mission in Starfield! Winning Hearts and Minds is one of the misc missions you can pick up at Den in the Wolf system orbiting planet Chthonia. To start it, speak with Orval Romack at the bar and ask if he needs anything done. He’ll ask if you can place some fancy posters he had made around where people can be inspired by them.
Pick up the Posters
To find the posters, head up the stairs and they will be in a truck next to the outlet Trade Authority. Grab them then set your course for New Atlantis.
Put Up the Posters in the Well
Head for the Well to start putting up the posters. There will be specific spots you’ll need to place them for the quest so make sure this quest is active.
Talk to Orval Romack
Once all three posters have been put up, return to Orval at the Den. Speak with him to tell him the job is done to complete the mission. You’ll be rewarded with 100 EXP and 2500 credits.
