Welcome to our guide for the Starfield Unjustified mission! Unjustified is one of the missions you can pick up in Neon on the planet Volii Alpha of the Volii System. To start the mission, speak with Katherine Luzion at the Quikshop in the Underbelly. The first time you speak with her, she will be unwilling to talk. You’ll need to wait a day or so in-game then return to her. She’ll tell you her husband died but believes foul play was involved. Tell her you want to help to start the Starfield Unjustified mission.
Starfield Unjustified Mission Steps
Talk to Tevin Anastas
Travel to Neon Core and locate the Emporium. Head inside and speak with its proprietor, Tevin. Ask him about Thomas Luzion. He’ll get defensive and then tell you to bugger off. You can then either pay him 1,000 credits to tell you what he knows or pass a persuasion check. Exhaust the dialog options then set out to find Rusty.
Find Rusty
Head over to Mining League and pass through the EBBSIDE doors to the left of it. This will bring you near Madame Savage’s.
Follow the alley to the right of it to run into Rusty. He’ll ask you for some credits. Tell him you know what he did. Keep talking to him to get all of the details, then you’ll able to either attack him or let him go.
Return to Katherine
Head back to Katherine to tell her what you found out. You’ll have the option to lie and tell her that it was an accident or to tell her the truth. If you do tell her the truth, you can tell her it was Rusty and she will ask what happened to him. If you killed Rusty, you can tell her that otherwise, you’ll just say you took care of him. She’ll then thank you for helping and give you a reward. If you accept it you’ll be rewarded with 100 EXP and some credits. If you decline the payment, you’ll get 200 EXP instead. The Starfield Unjustified mission will then complete.
