Starfield – Top of the L.I.S.T.

Welcome to our walkthrough for the Top of the L.I.S.T. mission in Starfield! Top of the L.I.S.T. is one of the misc missions you can pick up at Cydonia on Mars. To start it, speak with Phil Hill in the bar.

Identify a Potential LIST Recruit by Eavesdropping

For us, we listened in on the conversation from the citizens sitting around the table in the back of the bar. Afterwards, speak with the citizen telling them that you couldn’t help but overhear their conversation. You’ll then need to persuade them to sign up. You’ll receive some credits as a reward.
