This is a guide on the Target: Quetzalcoatl directive in Soul Hackers 2. You can start it after completing Subway Line 14 during the main story.
Location: Milady Sector 3F

Defeat Target: Quetzalcoatl
Head to Milady Sector 3F from the Soul Matrix and work your way through the area until you reach the Gate 1 portal. From there, follow the path south taking the third left followed by the first right. Use the green warp pad here then take a right at the for to arrive at the target Quetzalcoatl. Interact with it to begin the battle. Note that for this battle, continues are not allowed and both items and commander skills will be locked. The demo will be level 39 and is weak to force skills. The directive will complete after you win the battle.
