Chapter 9 of Snack World The Dungeon Crawl Gold contains 7 story quests with the ultimate goal of reaching Dragon Knighthood. Below you will find guides for all the quests so grab your Jaras and get ready for a snack attack! Let the dungeon crawl begin!
The Dragon Knight Sword Trial
Quest Giver: Gelatto
Grand Prize: Blossom Blade
Objective: Defeat Schnozzle Schemozzle!
This quest will take you to Minestrone Mines. Once there, head to the Minecart Terminus then go through the door to begin your fight with Schnoz Schemoz. This fight will be just like the one you had with Dullardhan. Defeat the boss to complete the quest.
The Dragon Knight Skill Trial
Quest Giver: Ginja Spicy
Grand Prize: Ducky Dip Stick
Objective: Defeat the GoDIVAs!
For this quest, you’ll head to the Macaroon Mountains where you will need to work your way to the third level to face off against the GoDIVAs. This fight will be very similar to the Bandshees fight as they are just a different version of them. Instead of fog, you’ll have to deal with a disco ball that completely blocks the view. When the GoDIVAs get down to one, the last one does spawn some adds. The rest of the attacks are all the same. Defeat Prima and Donna to complete the quest.
The Dragon Knight Shield Trial
Quest Giver: Ms. Yamamoto
Grand Prize: Onyx Fairytale Shield
Objective: Subdue the Sentinhell!
You’ll head to Chicken Itza for this quest. Once there, make your way to the third level to fight Stone Sentinhell. He will do a move where he clasps his hands together and slams them down in front of him. He will also do a whirlwind move in which he spins around the arena. When he jumps up in the air, he’ll slam down causing a wave of fire to hit when he lands. Defeat the boss to complete the quest.
The Final Trial
Quest Giver: Falgon
Grand Prize: Flux Axe
Objective: Defeat Falgon!
For this quest, you’ll journey to the Chowlin Temple and immediately be attacked by Falgon. This boss likes to teleport around the map and shoot a beam from his hand. He can also do a slam down move that has a small radius. Defeat him to complete the quest.
Pre-Breakfast Battle
Quest Giver: Char Siu (Speak with her in the training grounds of Chowlin Temple)
Grand Prize: Pirate’s Pendant
Objective: Obtain an egg from Clucky!
This quest will take you to the Chowlin Temple. Immediately upon your arrival, you will fight the ‘Ire Bird. Defeat it to complete the quest.
Axe Warrior? Ex-Warrior
Quest Giver: Gelatto (Speak with him in the Weapons Shop in Tutti-Frutti after completing the 3 trial story quests)
Grand Prize: Clan Crystal Axe
Objective: Conquer Coldimari!
You’ll first head to Gumbo Grotto then make your way to the Cavern of Calm to face Coldimari yet again. This time it’ll be a Super version of it so that means it’ll be overpowered. Defeat Coldimari to complete the quest.
The Muff Inn Case
Quest Giver: Ms. Yamamoto (Speak with her in the Inn in Tutti-Fruitti after completing the 3 trial story quests)
Grand Prize: PacLap Ti Arm Guard
Objective: Defeat Emperor Undernickers!
For this quest, you’ll embark to Minestrone Mines where you will need to make your way to the 3rd level to face the Ogre Actor. The boss will do a move that summons boulders from the sky that crash down into the arena. Defeat this boss to complete the quest.
