Welcome to NGB and our Shin Megami Tensei V walkthrough on the Save the Students main story quest. Here you’ll find everything you’ll need to easily breeze through this quest.
Once you gain control of your character in Tennozu Isle, unlock the leyline then head west to trigger a cutscene. When it concludes, follow the walkway right working your way to the objective marker on the minimap in the northern part of the area. There you’ll find a girl to speak to under the highway.
Next, head to the midwestern part of the area to find the Tennozu leyline. While you’re there, pick up the “Chakra Drop Chomp” subquest from the nearby demon then climb up the nearby ledges across from the intersection. At the top, head forward and speak with the girl near the tree. Afterwards, head across the walkway then drop down near the vending machines to find a male student.
To reach the last student, follow the road south from the leyline under a walkway then follow the broken road around to a vending machine. At the vending machine, turn right and head up a sandy hill to a building where you’ll find the male student. Interacting with him will complete the quest.
Afterwards, make your way to the Abscess in the southwestern part of the area to encounter 2 Level 25 Jack Frost. Both are weak to Fire, drain Ice and use Ice attacks. Defeat them to open up the map! This would be a great time to explore the area for Miman and chests!
