The Simple Cooking License allows you to create basic foods using simple cooking utensils in Rune Factory 5. The option to take the Simple Cooking License Certification is available after making your first dish using the Cooking Table you receive for free from Palmo. When you’re ready to begin the certification, speak with Eliza and choose I’d like to make a Directive then Licenses. You’ll then be able to select the Simple Cooking License for 100p. Doing this will result in you being asked a couple of questions that you’ll need to answer correctly. Those questions and answers can be found below. After that, you’ll be able to purchase the Cooking Table (free from Palmo during 1st visit), Knife (1200G, 30 Material Stone, 10 Lumber), Frying Pan (2600G, 50 Material Stone, 10 Lumber) and Mixer (500G, 50 Material Stone, 10 Lumber) from Studio Palmo.
