Below is a walkthrough for the Capture the Chipsqueek task in Rune Factory 5.
Client: Livia
Wanted: Chipsqueek
Location: Kelve (Sighted in the northern area)
Reward(s): Chemistry Bread x1
To start this monster hunt, speak with Livia in her office at the Silo and choose the I want to check the wanted monster list option. Next, select the Chipsqueek to begin the hunt. You’ll want to fast travel (or walk if you haven’t been there yet) to the Kelve Volcanic Region: Entrance to the northwest of town. Follow the path north deeper into Kelve. The monster can be found in the northern part of Kelve near the tail of the giant dinosaur skeleton. You’ll want to weaken it a bit to make catching it easier. After you have caught the Chipsqueek, return to Livia at the Silo to complete the hunt.
