When you reach the northern section of the Shadow Isles: Relic Halls of Thresh’s Dungeon in the Ruined King, you’ll come across a creature on a desk.
Speak with it to begin a challenge where the creature will present you with three riddles to answer. If you answer them all correctly, you’ll receive a Prayer Book. The answers to these three riddles are shown below.
