Welcome to our walkthrough for the Revelation Starfield mission! Revelation is one of the main missions you’ll need to complete to beat the game. You’ll start it automatically after completing the Unearthed, Entangled and Final Glimpses main missions.
Some of the planets referenced in our guides and walkthroughs may not match up with yours due to how Starfield was created. In these situations, what you do and the places you visit on those planets should still be the same.
Revelation Objectives
Go to Masada III
Travel to Masada III in the Masada System. Once there, hail the Scorpius. You’ll then need to fight off the Starborn ships. Afterwards, land at the Buried Temple.
Find the Artifact
When heading to the artifact, you’ll need to fight through waves of enemies. Eventually, an Ecliptic enemy will drop an Ecliptic Base ID Card. Make sure to pick it up then use it to open the red secure access door.
In the Ecliptic Base, work your way down to the bottom level where you’ll find an anomaly. Head into the glowing orbs to be transported a cavern. Follow the linear path until you reach another anomaly. Again, head into it. When you emerge, a battle will incur! You’ll be against Starborn, robots and turrets. Take them out! One will eventually drop the Ecliptic Base Key. Retrieve it then head upstairs and interact with the Ecliptic Engineering Control Terminal. You’ll then be able to disable the defenses!
Head through the orange door underneath the room you’re currently in. Work your way through this area to find another anomaly. After entering it, head up and speak with a familiar face… Petrov! Unfortunately for us, he was still quite unhappy that we stole the artifact from him. As such, our conversation quickly led to a battle. Take them out then loot the Private Quarters Key from him. Use this key to unlock the door behind Petrov’s chair where you’ll find an anomaly. Continue forward.
In this cave, take the lift down. On the ride, you’ll be transported to a different reality. After you’re done conversing with Vladimir, return to the anomaly. At the bottom of the lift, you’ll find a small arsenal for you to restock your supplies. Up ahead there will be… you guessed it… a fight! Make sure to focus on the actual Starborn as they’ll just keep spawning more duplicates!!
Once you take out the Starborn, head into the temple and approach the artifact. Someone will be waiting for you there! You can either attack them or persuade them not to fight. Either way, you’ll get the artifacts. If you chose a side earlier, speak with the other Starborn to retrieve their artifacts as well then head up to Artifact Mu and take it. The Revelation mission will then complete and you’ll be rewarded with 5,000 EXP and credits!
