After completing Mission 7, you’ll be approached by Vessa seeking out your help to collect 107 wisps into the Odd Keystone. They have been scattered across the whole Hisui region. As you collect the wisps, you can receive rewards from Vessa. Below are the wisps found at Obsidian Fieldlands!
Please note that some of the wisps can only be collected after you’ve obtained the water and flying mounts! For images of where each wisp is located, please see the below!

On the cliffside near alpha Snorlax
Northeastern Lake Verity – To reach this one without the flying mount, you can jump up the mountain on the rock where the above wisp can be found.
